What is Tile Grout?
Introduction
Tile Grout is a kind of caulk. It can be used to filling and coloring tile gaps, and it can prevent dust from entering the gaps. Now, Tile grout is an upgrade product of crocheting agent. The traditional sealant is coated on the surface of the sealant. The new Tile Grout does not need the sealant as the bottom layer, and can be directly filled into the cracks of the ceramic tile after bonding.
The decorative practicability of tile grout is obviously better than that of color sealant. Solve the tile gap is not beautiful and dirty black problems. Suitable for more than 2mm gap filling, construction is more convenient than ordinary type, is the upgrading of sealant products.

Application：

Material like antique tiles, matte tiles, mosaic tiles
Raw material composition:
Tile grout = component A + component B
1.Component A= epoxy resin (main raw material) + vapor silica + benzyl alcohol
2.Component B= amine (1. 3BAC, polyether amine), epoxy resin, benzyl alcohol, vapor silica, color powder, phenol
Using method
1.Clean the tile and gap.
2.Use a caulk gun,the first 40cm of extrusion isn’t used
3.Squeeze the grout into the gaps between tiles
4.Use steel ball to flatten the Tile Grout
5.Waiting for dry
6.Use a scraper to clean extra Tile Grout
Notice:
The first 40cm cannot be used
When using the Tile Grout,keep the tile surface clean and dry
Drying time:
Surface drying time is 4 hour, full cure time is 24- 72 hour
Shelf life:
12 months
